Chef Heather focuses on building real baking skills while exploring the warm, comforting flavors of fall - from cinnamon, apples, plums, pears and more. Learn essential techniques like measuring and mixing with precision, working with doughs and batters, and understanding how ingredients work together to create perfect texture and flavor. From golden-baked treats to beautifully finished pastries, participants will gain confidence in the kitchen while producing bakery-style results.
