Use & Care

Setup: Select your preferred screw knob ("S" for salt, "P" for pepper) and attach it to the top of the mill. Fill with dry black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size.

Using your mill: Rotate the body clockwise to grind. Adjust grind size by tightening or loosening the screw knob — tighter for a finer grind. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the ceramic mechanism.

Important: Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns, as these can damage the grinding mechanism.

Care: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in a dishwasher. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the lacquer finish.
