Use & Care

Using your mill: Fill with dry black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. Rotate clockwise to grind. Adjust the grind size by tightening or loosening the button on top — tighter for a finer grind. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the ceramic mechanism.

Important: Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns, as these can damage the grinding mechanism.

Care: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in a dishwasher. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the lacquer finish.
